Brass that takes a patina. Timber with a grain you can feel. Linen that softens with washing. These are the materials shaping the houses we are preparing.

The people behind the houses.
James Murphy
James brings eight years in short stays and experience launching more than 500 properties across Australia and overseas. He founded WealthFlo and HostAssist. Aureum brings that operational experience home to Perth.
Brad Triplett
Brad brings thirteen years in property, more than 800 transactions, and experience with a 650-property management portfolio. His work connects the care of a house with the needs of its owner and guests.
John Sparey
John brings fifteen years in property and 23 developments across Australia and overseas. He built his Perth short-stay business around fourteen properties, with a focus on presentation and the daily care of each stay.
